Cagliari, the alarm from the Octagon: «This man eats and leaves without paying»

«He sits down, orders, eats and leaves without paying, with extreme nonchalance: pay attention to this gentleman».

The appeal via social media comes from the owners of the L'Ottagono del Poetto restaurant. The text is accompanied by numerous photos (of which we obscure the face) of a middle-aged man filmed by the cameras of the business, as he leaves without having passed the checkout.

The warning is for "colleagues and restaurant friends", who could fall into the same trap as what appears to be a normal customer, but who apparently is a "thief".
