Cagliari, persecutory acts against his wife: removed from the family home

After his wife filed a lawsuit, a man was removed from the family home.

The provision was issued by the magistrate and carried out by the carabinieri of the San Bartolomeo station in Cagliari.

The 47-year-old, as verified by the military, carried out an intense persecutory activity against the woman and the removal was necessary to avoid further dangers to the victim.
