Cagliari, flames inside a bakery

Fire inside a bakery in Cagliari. This afternoon at 4.30 pm fire brigade teams intervened in via Alberto Lamarmora.

Operations room 115 that received the reports sent the "4A" emergency response team of the city detachment based in the port of Cagliari with an APS, two other support teams from the central office in Viale Guglielmo Marconi with a tanker and an ARA van for the replacement of self-contained breathing apparatus.

The flames spread inside the heavily damaged structure, the firefighters tamed them, preventing the apartments above the bakery from being involved.

Having secured the structure, the operators began investigations to establish the causes of the fire. The local police of Cagliari and the fire brigade guard officer are also on site as a technical officer for further checks and investigations.
