Cagliari, Claudio Ranieri awarded honorary citizenship: the ceremony will take place on Wednesday.
At Palazzo Bacaredda, the Roman coach was awarded a parchment, in recognition of his "mark on the history of the Rossoblù club."

The Municipality of Cagliari is ready to award honorary citizenship to Claudio Ranieri.
The ceremony to award the parchment to the Roman coach is scheduled for Wednesday, June 3, at 11 a.m. at Palazzo Bacaredda. Ranieri will become an honorary citizen, a statement reads, "for the profound impact he has left on Cagliari's sporting and human history." In addition to Mayor Massimo Zedda , the ceremony will also be attended by the President of the City Council, Marco Benucci , and institutional representatives.
