A road accident occurred this afternoon in Cagliari, on Via Dante, near Piazza Repubblica, where a woman was hit.

The victim, approximately 50 years old, was rescued by emergency medical services and transported to Brotzu Hospital with a critical condition. The woman was conscious when paramedics arrived.

Local police officers arrived on site to conduct legal investigations and reconstruct the exact circumstances of the accident.
