A 43-year-old man was found dead in a hotel in Cagliari.
The body had a deep head wound : according to initial reconstructions, it appears that the victim was a guest of the facility who was the victim of an accident, perhaps a fatal fall.
The 118 emergency services arrived on site, and could only confirm his death, along with the police to reconstruct the exact dynamics of what happened.
