The structural failure of the Buddi Buddi , in the stretch of road near the viaduct , has forced the Municipality of Sassari to modify the road system to guarantee an alternative route.
Through an executive order , two-way traffic was established , with a ban on overtaking and a speed limit of 30 kilometers per hour, on the road towards Platamona, in the section between the roundabout at the height of the Eni fuel station and the roundabout in the near the Graziella bar, as foreseen with specific road signs.
The technical personnel and the local police of Sassari who intervened on the spot, in collaboration with the provincial command of the fire brigade, decided to order the precautionary closure to vehicular traffic of the roadway concerned , with the exception of the cycle/pedestrian road which is instead ensured in the special lane reserved and independent, unaffected by the injury.
An extraordinary provision while waiting for the Province of Sassari to carry out the maintenance interventions necessary to restore the asphalt in the flyover affected by a deep fissure.
