The notes and words of "Imagine" by the Beatles are the background to the flash mob staged this morning by the students and teachers of the Istituto Alberghiero di Sassari to dissociate themselves from any form of violence and because the school children do not want to be associated to the fight that broke out two days ago at the exit of the lessons between two students and with the viral videos that have been around the web.

In addition to the two sixteen-year-old girls (one of whom armed with a brass knuckle), two other adults are also investigated for the episode. Their position is being examined by the Prosecutors of Sassari and minors, who will have to assess the responsibilities on the findings acquired from the investigations carried out by the agents of the Mobile Squad of the Sassari Police Headquarters.

In the inspections in front of the school and in the searches at the homes of the suspects, the agents also found and confiscated a truncheon and a stone, both used during the brawl, which would be only the latest in a trail of clashes between the two contenders.

Against this violence, the students and professors of the hotel industry wanted to oppose: "We chose Imagine by the Beatles because it is a song that speaks of humanity and respect, and respect between people is what must be at the first place in the life of every day ", says Sara Manunta, representative of the students gathered in the gym for the flash mob.

"Together with the children we wanted to distance ourselves from these episodes of violence in which our students do not recognize themselves at all", explains the head teacher, Antonietta Piras. "Unfortunately, these sporadic cases happen in all schools, and it is important to react in the right way. We train children for the profession and for the world of work, violence does not belong to us and it does not belong to our students".

In the coming days, the class council and the school council, with the involvement of the families, will decide whether to take disciplinary measures against the young protagonists of the brawl.
