Carabinieri in action from dawn between Pula and Capoterra: the anti-drug operation started early with dozens of soldiers engaged in various searches. The Arma helicopter is also in flight. The activity is ongoing but there have been some arrests and a large seizure of drugs.
The blitz, coordinated by the Cagliari Public Prosecutor's Office, was organized in great detail following a previous investigation that had led to other arrests in the same area. The investigations were carried out by the carabinieri of the Cagliari company, in collaboration with the various stations and with the colleagues of the provincial investigative nucleus.
The searches were successful, with people ended up in handcuffs because they were found in possession of several kilos of drugs. Controls are still ongoing and there may be further developments.
