Birralguer in Christmas version, weekend with 40 brewery productions

Everything is ready for the Christmas edition of the Mercat Artijanal – Birralguer Winter '23. The longest running event dedicated to craft beers in Sardinia will liven up the weekend before Christmas, from Thursday 21st to Saturday 23rd December in the former fruit and vegetable market and the adjacent spaces: Piazza Pino Piras, Largo San Francesco and Piazzetta Sotgiu.
The queen of the event will be craft beer, on a journey that through hops and malt will take guests from Sardinia to the Peninsula, up to international excellence. There are more than 40 breweries that visitors will be able to taste, coming from 5 Sardinian breweries, ' Nora di Oliena, Seddaiu and Isola di Thiesi, Dolmen di Uri and P3 Brewing Company of Sassari and 3 guests, Lambrate from Lombardy, Edit from Piedmont and the Catalans of Barcellona Beer Company .
There is also a large space for music with a main stage inside the former fruit and vegetable market for evening events and a second stage in Piazza Pino Piras in the afternoon with the most popular bands in the area.

A novelty of this edition of Mercat Artiajnal – Birralguer Winter Edition is the collaboration with the social promotion association KoreMama which was entrusted with the children's area on Saturday 23rd. It is a place reserved for the little ones with fun and educational activities, entertainment and craft workshops during which they can have fun and learn at the same time.
Finally, the street food zone will be set up in Piazza Pino Piras. An outdoor space dedicated to the Sardinian gastronomic tradition revisited in the light of walking food. The event is organized by the cultural association BeachGroup Alguer - together with public partners - Fondazione di Sardegna, Municipality of Alghero and Fondazione Alghero - and private partners - Welcome Cars and Mutt Motorcycles Sardegna.
