The beginning of the fire was immediately extinguished and this afternoon developed in an external area of the Saras plant in Sarroch. The alarm was triggered in the vicinity of a silo used for sulfur but not currently in use.

"The limited and limited emergency - let the company know - was promptly handled by qualified internal staff". A team of firefighters from Cagliari intervened on the spot, with the Nbcr Nucleus, and an official to verify the situation, but the emergency had already ceased.

There were no particular damages or injuries.
