Baunei, with the quad in an escarpment: two injured hikers

Accident during an excursion in the territory of Baunei, on the border with Triei.

A couple of tourists fell into an escarpment in the Mamutorco area, on the north side of Osono, the naturalistic oasis of Triei, while on a quad bike they were traveling on a dirt path.

The hikers are injured, but the picture of their condition is still unclear.

Three helicopters operate on the spot, two from the Areus and one from the fire brigade from Alghero, 118 ambulances, the Tortolì fire brigade teams and the Baunei Carabinieri.
