Baunei, falls on the path to Goloritzè: hiker rescued by helicopter
The intervention was made necessary by the harsh conditions of the area

A hiker fell on the path to Cala Goloritzè. Due to the harsh conditions of the area, the 118 operations center in Sassari sent Echo Lima 1, the Areus helicopter that took off from the Olbia base.
The medical crew was lowered with the help of the winch and once the recovery was completed the aircraft took off again for Olbia .
In the accident, which occurred around 12.30 today, the hiker suffered a fractured shoulder .
