The Police Chief of the Province of Sassari has issued a license suspension order against the owner of a bar in Sorso, who will have to remain closed for at least 15 days.

The measure was triggered after the Police ascertained – explains a note from the Police Headquarters – «the constant presence of customers with criminal convictions inside the premises as well as the commission of crimes against the person and related to drugs».

In particular, it is emphasized, the owner of the bar, already known to the police, together with a relative and the employees allegedly attacked a customer. Furthermore, during an inspection, the agents found inside the bar "a significant quantity of narcotic substances, precision scales and packaging material".
