At the Organica Museum, art returns to be the protagonist with the new exhibitions, which close a 2024 full of events.

On Sunday at 11 am, at the Spazio Cedap, the inauguration of the personal exhibition “Euphoria” by the artist Monica Solinas, curated by Giannella Demuro, and the photographic journey “Acquamontana” are scheduled , which presents the winning photos of the contest created in collaboration with Ceas Tempio.

The exhibitions set up in the environmental art museum located in the heart of the Limbara Park, in Tempio Pausania, will be open until December 31st every day except Monday: from 11 am to 4 pm from Tuesday to Thursday and from 11 am to 5 pm from Friday to Sunday.

The exhibitions

In the exhibition “Euphoria” Monica Solinas explores unknown territories made of woods, paths and ravines that are reported on paper through shapes, uncertain contours and vibrant colors. In her research the artist encounters kaleidoscopic blooms, infinite greens, shadows, fragrant carpets, ferns, myrtle and bold shapes, an immensely euphoric world that lives indifferent to our thoughts and that hides a lush and, at the same time, fragile wealth.

“Acquamontana” is, instead, a project dedicated to the valorization of the network of springs of Monte Limbara known as “the water route”, a suggestive 30 km route that reaches the countless springs that dot the massif. The exhibition presents the winning photos of the “Acquamontana” photography contest, selected for having highlighted this precious resource, interpreting and documenting the role of water in the context of Limbara.

The photos are the work of Silvana Azara, Maria Bianco, Annalisa Brundu, Alberto Fozzi, Roberto Latte, Simona Pes, Luca Sirigu and Giampietro Spanu.
