Arbus, missing after a paragliding flight: search in the night

He had taken a flight with his paraglider, in the area between Capo Pecora and Scivu, but did not return. Reason why, after the alarm was raised by a call from a friend, an intervention by the technicians of the Alpine and Speleological Rescue Sardinia was started in the municipality of Arbus.

The call for help came around 6.30pm, operations continued throughout the evening and are continuing throughout the night .

The technicians from the Iglesias, Cagliari and Medio Campidano stations and the HH 139B helicopter from the 80th SAR (Search and Rescue) Center of the 15th Wing of the Decimomannu Air Force intervened on site. The firefighters were also on the field.
