A breakthrough in the investigation into the Dalí mask robberies. The Carabinieri conducted a series of searches of homes and farmland in the Alghero area, specifically searching for Dalí clothing and masks, which have become the hallmark of the robberies of recent weeks targeting several businesses.

During the investigation, four young men were taken to the police station to be interviewed by investigators. According to leaks, one of them admitted his guilt: a 24-year-old from Alghero, with no criminal record , represented by lawyer Danilo Mattana. The other three youths were questioned as part of the investigation. The Carabinieri notified the arrest at midnight yesterday, after the young man made a detailed confession .

The investigation concerns a series of robberies with a very similar modus operandi: breaking into the store with their faces covered by a Dalí mask, attempting to steal the proceeds, and fleeing. The latest incident dates back to February 9th, when the Trony store in Galboneddu was targeted.
