Alghero, a body found on the Dante seafront

In the midst of the nightlife in Alghero , a corpse was found yesterday just before midnight under the ramparts wall, in Piazza Sulis .

The body, whose identity is still unknown, was found at the beginning of the Dante promenade in correspondence with an old sewer tunnel that flows into the sea from the ancient walls. To recover it, the fire brigade went into action.

118 and the State Police are also on site.

The investigations made it possible to establish that the man died of an overdose . A few days earlier he had been rescued and saved in extremis precisely because of a drug overdose.
