Alghero, a car leaves the road and remains unsteady: firefighters save the driver.

A road accident occurred at dawn in the Alghero area, on Provincial Road 55, the scenic road that leads from Porto Conte to Capo Caccia.

Around 5:45 a.m., the fire department team responded to a car that, for reasons still under investigation, had left the roadway and ended up on the side of the road, unsteady. Upon arrival, the Alghero firefighters stabilized the vehicle to allow emergency personnel to safely approach the driver.

The driver was then extricated from the vehicle and transported to the emergency room of the Civile Hospital for checks and treatment. His condition is not considered serious. The Carabinieri also intervened on the scene to reconstruct the exact circumstances of the accident.
