Albagiara, violates the judge's prohibitions and approaches a fellow villager: 84-year-old in jail

He violated the ban on approaching one of his fellow villagers and last night Paolo Picchedda, 84, was stopped by the Carabinieri.

The man, who had already been convicted of molesting the woman, appeared today before Judge Silvia Palmas and Prosecutor Paolo De Falco to validate the arrest. Assisted by lawyers Andrea Crobu and Gianfranco Siuni, the man claimed that he was going to town to warn the owner of three horses that he had secured because they were in the middle of the road.

The summary trial will continue on September 25th.
