A two-car accident occurred this afternoon on the 131 DCN highway heading towards Nuoro, fortunately without serious injuries to the occupants of the vehicles involved.

All three passengers were assisted by two 118 emergency medical service units who transferred them to the hospital in Nuoro.

The collision first caused slowdowns and then a traffic block shortly after Siniscola, to allow firefighters and Anas teams to operate safely and clear the roadway.

During the operations, long lines of cars formed on the straight before Monte Pizzinnu.
