Fears erupted this evening on Via Roma , Cagliari , following a traffic accident involving a scooter and a Volkswagen Golf. The head-on collision occurred on the portico-side carriageway , causing slow traffic and significant disruption.

The Carabinieri and two 118 ambulances responded to the scene to provide assistance to the injured and manage traffic. Fortunately, after initial assessments, the people involved are not in serious condition .

The repercussions on traffic were inevitable, as it remained blocked during the rescue operations and surveys by the police.
