Accident in Baunei: A 28-year-old tourist from the Czech Republic lost control of her paraglider while paragliding, but fortunately, she caught the Pedra Longa cliff during her fall and survived.
The Sassari 118 emergency centre sent the Areus air rescue helicopter to the scene.
The team lowered her with the winch and recovered her. The 118 doctor found trauma to her spine and pelvis .
The woman was alert and was transported with a red code to San Francesco in Nuoro.
