Sardinia triumphs at the Neri Pozza national literature prize . On the podium Francesco Pala from Nuoro , professor of philosophy and history, scholar of postmodern thought, with his novel "Itinerarium mentis in Lenin" .
Among his publications are essays dedicated to Deleuze, Nietzche, Spinoza and Pasolini. Pala was the editor-in-chief of the critical newspaper of history and ideas. His latest novel, Ddr-Dominio della surrender, is from 2018. The victory was proclaimed during the ceremony at the Teatro Nuovo in Verona. The jury defined the book as " a surprising novel ", in which a group of communists disappointed by Stalin kidnap Lenin's body and found the People's Republic of Leninesia, on the basis of the philosophical and esoteric essay, the Itinerarium mentis in Lenin, which represents the extreme point of communist progress.
The verdict came after a discussion on the 5 finalist novels. The reading committee was made up of the writer Francesca Diotallevi, the editor and journalist Laura Lepri, the writers Wanda Marasco and Sandra Petrignani, the bookseller of Il Trittico, Pietro Linzalone, the interim editorial director of Neri Pozza Sabine Schultz, the writer Andrea Tarabbia and the literary agent Marco Vigevani.
