The 58-year-old New Zealand naturalized American actor is currently in the capital to work on "The Pope's Exorcist" , a film by Julius Avery in which he will play the role of Father Gabriele Pietro Amorth, the famous exorcist who died in 2016.
With him his girlfriend Britney Theriot, 31, with whom in his free time he walks through the streets of Rome and visits museums.
"One of my favorite places in the universe," he wrote posting a shot of the Trevi Fountain .
