The Grande Centro group is born in the Regional Council. It includes Antonello Peru and Dino Cocco of Sardinia at the 20Venti center, Valerio De Giorgi (new DC), the three former Psd'Az Franco Mula, Giovanni Satta and Stefano Schirru; Pietro Moro leaving the UDC, Franco Stara from Action. Eight in all, therefore.

«This is the result of a path undertaken in recent months», explained spokesperson Peru when presenting the new formation. An operation that has a double value, linked to the size of the council's activity and the upcoming regional elections. In fact, at the vote - Peru confirmed - each acronym will present its own lists.

Not only that: «The large center wants to be decisive for the choice of the centre-right gubernatorial candidate and the table must return to having a regional basis». Politically, the objective is also to make a difference in the next round because, Giovanni Satta stated, "we think we represent between 15 and 20% of the centre-right coalition". In terms of council activity, the aim is to speed up an activity which - Mula recalled - has been paralyzed for months. Starting with the budget change approved yesterday by the Council and today under examination by the third commission.

Personal support also from Gianfilippo Sechi of the UDC, who however continues to form a separate group with Alice Aroni and Andrea Biancareddu.
