"The one against Clermont on Saturday will be Messi's last match with PSG ." The words are from Cristopher Galtier , coach of the transalpine club, who spoke in the press room about the future of the Argentine champion. The news was in the air, now it's reality: Pulce says goodbye after two seasons, with 74 games played, 32 goals and 35 assists. "I had the privilege of coaching the best in history ," added the coach.
Yet a feeling that never blossomed, that between Messi and PSG, and in particular with his fans: the relationship had cracked in recent months, on his return from the World Cup won with the Albiceleste, from the denied catwalk to the booing in subsequent matches .
Farewell had become inevitable. The future of the Argentine star, however, is yet to be written. The most popular tracks are those that lead Messi to Saudi Arabia , where he would find his eternal rival Cristiano Ronaldo, or to the United States . The suggestion, however, is that of returning to Barcelona , where the current coach Xavi, his former partner and great friend, would welcome him with open arms.
