Another postponement in the path for the election of the new secretary of the Democratic Party. The deadline for the presentation of candidates due tonight at 8 pm will be postponed to Monday 22 November. This was established by the regional congress commission.

The deadlines for the filing of lists for the regional assembly have also been deferred, from 25 November to 30. The date of the primaries set for 12 December has been confirmed.

So far the dem have agreed on one point: the candidate will be single and shared and in the primaries you will vote only for the lists. But the currents still have a hard time converging on a name.

The eligible candidates are the mayor of Pula Carla Medau, the former president of the productive activities commission Luigi Lotto, the former group leader in the regional council Pietro Cocco, the current vice president of the regional council Piero Comandini. Romina Mura, who presented one of the three thematic documents discussed in the circles in the pre-congress phase, with the number one of Anci, Emiliano Deiana, is more difficult to square.
