It's the day of days. After the epic comeback on Tuesday at the Unipol Domus, the match against Parma moves to the Tardini tonight where Cagliari will try to close the account and win the final with Bari who are worth Serie A.
The 3-2 in the first leg allows Ranieri's team to have two results out of three available, but the Roman coach has already let it be known that he won't play for a draw and is aiming to win the week in a row (including the last four in the league). The wait is frenetic and the tension rises hour by hour in the Emilian city. Not even the rain that fell in the early afternoon cooled the hot spirits, there were queues at the gates already two hours before the game.
The eleven rossoblùs to break the ice will be Radunovic, Zappa, Dossena, Obert, Azzi, Nandez, Makoumbou, Deiola, Luvumbo, Kourfalidis and Lapadula.
On the other hand, Pecchia will rely on Chichizola (out Buffon), Delprato, Osorio, Circati, Coulibaly, Estevez, Bernabé, Man, Sohm, Benedyczak and captain Vazquez.
Stadium sold out, needless to say, with an entire segment occupied by 1300 Sardinians who have come from the island (many other rossoblù fans, especially emigrants, have found a place in the other sectors).
Kick-off at 20.30, international Orsato referees.
