“The seagull screeches/and the sea smiles/cuddles little sails”: Rita Nappi's verses go perfectly with one of Luciano Addis' paintings . The exhibition "Ut pictura poesis - As in painting, so in poetry" will remain open until 28 July in the Mediterranean Weaving Museum of the Doria Castle - Room X.
The interesting initiative, organized by Antonio Demuro and carried out with the patronage of the Castellano municipality, brings together the paintings of Luciano Addis, a painter from Sorso who is particularly at ease with landscapes, who has also exhibited in the USA, France, Holland, Germany and Cyprus, with the poems of the Sassari writer Rita Nappi.
The exhibition is free to enter and is enriched by a multimedia track that reproduces the poems thanks to the voices of Maria Messana and Rosalba Ganci, with the background music played by the harpist Ester Messana.
