Oristano, the last two days of the Propagazioni festival over the weekend
Halfway point for the review between presentations, shows and debates
Exhibitions, debates, conferences, shows, book presentations: a concentrate of ideas and culture, or a labyrinth - as the title suggests, precisely "Inside the labyrinth" - spread over the four days of the festival. It is the "Propagazioni" , in the Oristano area, which between today and tomorrow will know its final dates.
In the morning, in San Vero Milis, the concert by the Filastrocche'n'roll duo, with Renzo Cugis and Gianfranco Liori, which will involve children and adults in the municipal library of the Mandriola pine forest. In the evening, from 18.30, we move to the Hospitalis Sancti Antoni in Oristano, where there will be a dialogue between Nicola Macchione , a doctor with a large following in newspapers and social media, and Roberto Lauria: the theme will be that of sexuality and affectivity , starting from the story written by the first "Simple sex".
This will be followed by the reading of "Arianna in the labyrinth" by Vito Biolchini, interpreted by the actress Salima Balzerani with music by Stefano Casta on guitar. Again, the story of Natali Shaheen 's journey from Palestine to Sardinia to become a professional soccer player with "It's not just a ball", and another sporting moment with island basketball from the point of view of Nando Mura , both interviewed by Giovanni Dessole.
But the third day of the Propagazioni festival will continue in the evening with the correspondent of the Republic Giampaolo Cadalanu and the journalist Sara Chessa who will deal with the theme of the war in Afghanistan , and with a reflection on the historical novel in Sardinia between Vindice Lecis, Nicolò Migheli and the critic and university professor Duilio Caocci . Saturday ends with "Knowing beer" , a tasting of beers offered by the Puddu brewery combined with the presentation of the comic manual by Francesco Scalettaris and Gio Di Qual.
Tomorrow the conclusion of the Festival: the start at 10.30, still at the library of the Mandriola pine forest of San Vero Milis, with a narrative show that will see the public get involved and build their own story. Mariella Cortes and the writer Ilenia Zedda will talk.
In the evening, from 18.30 in Oristano, the conviviality of the wine tasting of the Evaristiano estates : Francesco Scalettaris and Gio Di Qual will teach how to produce, how to taste and how to combine wine with food. Then again a reading, this time interpreted by Elio Turno Arthemalle: the pages of "The old journalist" , written by Carla Mura, will be accompanied by the music of Francesco Medda "Arrogalla".
The festival closes with the presentation of "The anti-manual of beauty" , a dialogue on feminism and fashion between Dalila Bagnuli and Francesca Spanu, and the meeting "Neither witches, nor fairies" : the central theme will be female emancipation , developed by Bachisio Bandinu starting from the essay "Femina", together with the Protestant pastor Francesca Litigio, the Franco-Lebanese creative Caroline Wehbe and the director of the Oristano anti-violence center Francesca Marras. The meeting will be moderated by Vito Biolchini, artistic director of the Propagazioni festival 2023 .
