Olbia Calcio, a new era begins: Swiss Pro buys 70% of the shares
The preliminary agreement was reached: Marino remains president and the current partners retain 30% of the ownership
Olbia announces the signing of the preliminary agreement for the sale of 70 percent of the shares to SwissPro, a "recently established company made up of experts in the football sector, professionals and investors", we read in the note issued this morning.
The same through which the Gallura company communicates «the signing today of a preliminary contract between the members of the Club (Alessandro Marino, Alexandre Tartara, Gian Renzo Bazzu, Massimo Curreli) and Swiss Pro Promotion GmbH (“SwissPro”)», and that «the provisions contained in the agreement will be implemented starting from the notarial finalization set within three weeks».

«The contract provides for the entry of SwissPro as a partner with an overall share of 70% in the share capital of Olbia Calcio. Current members will maintain a total share of 30%. Alessandro Marino will continue to hold the position of President while Tartara and Bazzu will hold the position of councilors together with other new members".
