In Olbia, almost everything is ready for the longest night of the year: the final preparations are underway, including the sound check, and the countdown can begin.

On the Brin pier, off limits since December 22nd, stands an imposing stage with layer towers, LED walls and systems with reduced environmental impact, under construction for two days: twenty-two specialized workers, four audio technicians and five lighting technicians at work. The safety and health plan are also ready: forty-five people to monitor public order under the stage overlooking the sea and eighteen, including doctors and nurses.

Roads closed to traffic from 2pm tomorrow until 6am on January 1st : traffic suspended in Viale Principe Umberto, in via Bettino Craxi in the stretch between via Redipuglia and via Genova in the direction of viale Principe Umberto, via Poltu Ezzu and the exit in this street from State Road 125. The only accessible road is Viale Isola Bianca on the south side towards the port, one-way traffic, and parking of vehicles is permitted along the sea side.

Parking availability, authorized by the Port Authority, in Pier 1 bis from 8am tomorrow and until the same time the following day. The event can be reached with the shuttles made available by Aspo: starting from 5pm and until 5am, they shuttle from the Olbia Mare shopping center to the Su Mulinu roundabout and from the Terranova shopping center to the Sacro Cuore roundabout.

The New Year's concert begins at 10.30pm with a performance by Zucchero Fornaciari, accompanied by two singers and ten musicians, and ends around 1.30am with Salmo's show. In between, fifteen minutes of fireworks synchronized with music, cascading over the Gulf of Olbia to greet 2024.
