"On Nuraxi di Barumini and the monuments of the Nuragic civilization of Sardinia". This new name presents the partnership for the candidacy of the nuraghi in the UNESCO world heritage list .

The new memorandum of understanding which aims to strengthen the collaboration between the municipal administration led by Michele Zucca, the Sardinia towards UNESCO association chaired by Pier Paolo Vargiu and the Barumini Sistema Cultura Foundation led by Emanuele Lilliu.

The objective is the UNESCO recognition of the monuments of the ancient Nuragic civilization of the island . In addition to the transfer of the skills acquired by the Barumini Foundation in the management of a UNESCO site, joint activities are planned to strengthen the identity value of the monuments of the Nuragic civilization of Sardinia and the specificity of the Su Nuraxi-Casa Zapata site. And again, further initiatives for the dissemination, particularly in schools, of notions about Sardinian civilization and other initiatives for the national and international promotion of Nuragic civilization.
