Alessandra Todde received 3,061 more votes than centre-right challenger Paolo Truzzu. This is the result that emerges from the minutes of the electoral constituencies sent by the Court to the Regional Council, which confirm the victory of the candidate from the Largo camp, (almost) officially the first female president of the Region, with the 5 Star Movement. The Court of Appeal will shortly proceed with the official proclamation in public session.
According to what we learn, the seat that remained in the balance was assigned to the M5s, in Medio Campidano, to the detriment of the PSI in Nuoro.
The Five Star Councilors would thus rise to eight, while those of the Democratic Party would remain 11.
