Not only cinema, the Cityplex of Sassari hosts many island artists

Not only cinema , because the seventh art opens its halls to other forms of art: dance, music, poetry, cabaret, theater and video art which will not only be the setting for the performances of Sardinian artists.
The Cinema Cityplex Moderno in Sassari will propose on 13 January from 5 to 9 pm "Mod'Art - Al Centro dell'Arte", an event which, as explained by the director of the Sassari multiplex Alessandro Murtas «aims to make the Cityplex Moderno a central cultural center in relation to the city and to the daily life of its inhabitants, commercial operators and institutions».
The artistic director of the event is Livia Lepri , who explains: «Each artistic performance will be combined with a visual by Alessandro Spano . It will be as if the artists come out of the screen for the three-dimensional vision of a show, but in a natural, non-artificial way».
These are the artists who will perform on January 13: Pirati MD 2000, Estemporada, Daniele Simula, Lapola, Claudia Aru, the Sirbones, Pino and the Antibodies, Daniele Simula, Cristian Pagliaro and Jacopo Cullin.
During the press conference Murtas also proudly underlined the recognition of the " golden ticket " received by the Modern Cityplex of Sassari as the best multiplex in Italy from 2 to 4 cinemas.
