Ovid's masterpiece "The Metamorphoses" proposed in an original meeting between music and theater. For the review "The Great Interpreters of Music",   organized by the Cooperativa Teatro e/o Musica , the Verdi of Sassari hosts   Friday at 8.30 pm an exceptional trio: Domenico Nordio (violin), Orazio Sciortino (piano) and Tommaso Ragno (narrator).

Domenico Nordio, a world-famous violinist, stands out for the lyricism of his interpretations, while Orazio Sciortino, also a composer, is known for his versatility and ability to create musical dramaturgies. The concert features music by Franz Liszt, Fazil Say, Karol Szymanowski, Claude Debussy.

The narrative voice of Ovid's verses translated into prose is that of the actor Tommaso Ragno, one of the most beautiful Italian voices, an actor who manages to dominate the scene both in the cinema (multiple awards for "Nostalgia" and protagonist in "Vermiglio", Silver Lion in Venice), and on TV ("Il miracolo" and "Fargo"), and in the theatre (he worked with Ronconi and Checchi) and also on the radio with the programme Ad alta voce on Rai Radio 3.
