The Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni and the two deputy prime ministers, Matteo Salvini and Antonio Tajani, reportedly met for a working lunch at Palazzo Chigi.

It would be an appointment to take stock of the government's action, agreed by the center-right leaders after the rally in Cagliari in which they participated last Wednesday.

The meeting of the Council of Ministers is scheduled at Palazzo Chigi (postponed by half an hour to 4pm) and the outcome of the regional elections in Sardinia is expected in the next few hours.
