MasterChef, Enrico Costanza's herbs put competitors in difficulty

Nature at the center of the eighth episode of MasterChef Italia, the most popular cooking competition on TV which yesterday evening welcomed Enrico Costanza, a “star gardener” originally from Cagliari, as a special guest.
The tubers were the protagonists of the evening's Mystery Box, with the 11 amateur chefs still in the competition committed to winning over the judges Bruno Barbieri, Antonino Cannavacciuolo and Giorgio Locatelli.
On their workstations the aspiring chefs found common tubers and other more particular ones, with which they had to prepare a dish worthy of the cuisine of MasterChef Italia. And in the Invention Test Enrico Costanza and his herbs, with extraordinary properties but sometimes very difficult to insert into a dish. Eleven plants to use, one for each competitor, and among others the Black Sapote, the rosemary hydrolat, the herb of immortality, up to the more difficult Camembert herb, the cheese herb.
In the outdoor test, the competitors were then able to cook for the troupe of Block 181, the new Sky Original series set among the multiethnic communities of suburban Milan and which sees the Olbian rapper Salmo in the role of supervisor and music producer but also creative producer and actor.
In the end, Pietro and Dalia said goodbye to the show.
