Eleonora Riso wins the thirteenth edition of MasterChef Italia.

With her "Ichigo Ichie" tasting menu , the 28-year-old from Collesalvetti, province of Livorno, conquered the palates of judges Bruno Barbieri, Antonino Cannavacciuolo and Giorgio Locatelli.

Nothing to do for the other two finalists: Antonio Mazzola who had proposed a menu inspired by his homeland, Sicily. And Michela Morelli who had instead created a culinary journey based on the flavors of her Dolomites.

In the end Eleonora won, presenting dishes of traditional Japanese cuisine. For her, 100,000 euros in gold tokens, the possibility of publishing her first recipe book "Laboratorio di flavours", to be released on 8 March by the publishing house Baldini+Castoldi, and access to a high-level training course at ALMA - The International School of Italian Cuisine.
