Bad surprise for Leo Messi . The PSG champion bought a dream villa in Ibiza , in the municipality of Sant Josep, for a value of 11 million euros . But after the purchase, made by a Swiss citizen, the nasty surprise: the structure is not in order, the certificate of completion of the works and also the habitability certificate is missing.

The urban planning problem of the villa, consisting of a ground floor of 420 square meters, a basement of 16.79 square meters, an outbuilding of 38.85 meters and a swimming pool of 92 meters, relates to the different rooms created in what must have been the garage . These premises are not included in the initial project approved by the municipality and, therefore, are abusive , with the municipality having already made it known that, to obtain the certificates, it is necessary to demolish all the elements that were not foreseen in the initial project.

The Argentine footballer's lawyers are already working on the Spanish island to resolve the issue.
