Excellent training, effective communication, and concrete services to support the growth of Sardinian businesses. The US Program, promoted by the L'Unione Sarda Group and dedicated to the entrepreneurial, managerial, and professional development of Sardinian companies, is back .

Now in its second edition, Programma US was born with a specific objective: to offer entrepreneurs, managers and professionals innovative tools to address the complexity of contemporary markets and strengthen their competitiveness through skills, visibility and new development opportunities .

"The business world is full of hard work and risk, but also great dignity and creativity. Today, intuition is no longer enough: you need to know how to develop winning strategies for growth. The program is built around three fundamental needs for business growth: training, communication, and services. On the training front , the project relies on the collaboration of some of the most authoritative Italian and international institutions: SDA Bocconi School of Management, Il Sole 24 Ore Professionale, Luiss Business School, and the University of Cagliari . These initiatives are complemented by a calendar of Special Events dedicated to governance, digital transformation, compliance, and generational transition. The events will feature the participation of Il Sole 24 Ore Professionale, in collaboration with Banca Patrimoni Sella & C. and STS Deloitte, as well as presentations by Professor Antonino Menne, Daniele Speranzini, and Ivana Menne , focusing on business continuity, Model 231, artificial intelligence, and digital regulation.

"Doing business today means dealing daily with increasingly rapid technological, geopolitical, regulatory, and organizational changes. This is why we wanted to create an ecosystem capable of offering Sardinian businesses concrete tools to grow, innovate, and face the future with greater awareness," explains Lia Serreli, General Manager of the L'Unione Sarda Group.

To present the program and engage with the island's business community, three free workshops were organized for entrepreneurs, managers, and professionals.

The first event will be held on June 5th in Cagliari at the headquarters of L'Unione Sarda, while the second is scheduled for June 19th in Olbia, in the conference room of the Archaeological Museum . Both meetings will be held in collaboration with SDA Bocconi School of Management and will feature Professor Marina Puricelli, who will explore the topic of "Doing Business in the Age of Change" and present the Starter+ and Advanced management programs .
The third event is scheduled for September 11th in Cagliari, in collaboration with Il Sole 24 Ore Professionale , and will focus on the new challenges facing businesses and professionals in an ever-evolving economic and regulatory environment.

In addition to training, Programma US provides companies with communication and storytelling tools through L'Unione Sarda Group's media, as well as services dedicated to professional information, e-commerce, and customer loyalty.
