Satisfied, she paid the bill and left. But when she got home she realized there was a problem: the wine she had consumed was missing from the order list. So he called the restaurant to warn: «You forgot, how can I pay for it?».

A rather singular story, especially in times in which the Prime Minister is forced to pay for the "buffi" left by Italians in restaurants abroad, to avoid a diplomatic incident.

Daniele "Lele" Usai, a starred chef of Sardinian origins (his grandfather was born on the island), owner of the bistro in Fiumicino where the phone rang, tells it with a certain enthusiasm .

«And in any case there are a lot of nice, honest and positive people around», he wrote yesterday on social media, «today a lady called 4112 to tell us that looking at yesterday's lunch bill she realized that we had forgotten to write down the bottle of wine and very honestly asked us how he could go about paying for it. We thanked her and of course we offered her the wine». And again: "Thank you from the bottom of my heart, ma'am, a breath of fresh air and positivity".
