He attacked the teacher who had suspended her daughter. For this she was convicted of malicious injuries and forced to pay a fine of one thousand euros.

The facts date back to May 2, 2019, at the Einaudi Professional Institute in Lodi.

The woman complained to the school of having suspended her 17-year-old daughter and having left her outside the gates without, according to her, informing the family. Then he punched the professor responsible for the suspension, also throwing a chair and other objects at her. The teacher had remedied a prognosis of a few days in the emergency room. So he filed a lawsuit.

The Lodi Public Prosecutor's Office decided not to qualify the episode as the most serious crime of injury to a public official. For this reason, the trial was held in front of the justice of the peace, who also ordered the payment of the legal costs, the costs of filing a civil action incurred by the professor and the compensation for moral and material damages to the mother.
