The Ferragnez villa on Lake Como "sold for 11 million"

Villa Matilda, the home of influencer Chiara Ferragni and rapper Fedez purchased for 5 million euros in 2022 in Pognana Lario, on the shores of Lake Como, two years before the Ferragnez separated, was reportedly sold to a wealthy English citizen for a figure close to 11 million.
The news was relaunched today by RTL 102.5 in the programme of journalist Gabriele Parpiglia.
The villa had been put up for sale immediately after the couple's separation after an elaborate restoration project that had significantly increased its value.
No confirmation, at the moment, neither from the interested parties nor from the Municipality of Pognana Lario. The sale was managed by the prestigious "Lionard Luxury Real Estate".
