A 22-year-old Milanese woman denounced Leonardo Apache La Russa , the 19-year-old son of the president of the Senate Ignazio La Russa, for sexual assault . The Prosecutor of Milan has entrusted the investigation to the prosecutor Rosaria Stagnaro coordinated by the adjunct Letizia Mannella.

According to Corriere della Sera, the girl, assisted by the lawyer Stefano Benvenuto, said that on May 18 around midnight she was in a disco in the center of Milan with a friend and there she met Lorenzo, who in the past had been her schoolmate.

Then a drink, and then total darkness: the young woman reported that she did not remember anything about when it happened , but that she woke up confused and naked in the boy's bed around noon. When asked for explanations, "he told me 'we came here after the disco with my car'", the story of the young woman, and that "he had had sex with me under the influence of drugs" and that a friend of his, who was sleeping - she specified that she had never seen him - in another room, he had "had a relationship with me without my knowledge".

Leaving the house in La Russa, the girl took the address and called her mother who convinced her to be examined at the Mangiagalli clinic where they found an ecchymosis on her neck, a wound on her thigh and a positive result from the cocaine she had taken before to go to the disco .

The 22-year-old had nausea and dizziness. He filed a complaint after 40 days .

The lawyer appointed by the La Russa family, Adriano Bazzoni, after having stated that he had not seen the papers, explained that in Leonardo's opinion there was no form of coercion and that the girl "agreed to spend the disco with my client, freely going with him to his house, spending the night and staying with him until the following noon, to then say goodbye normally". But then why would she accuse him? «Leonardo - replied the lawyer - is very shaken and rules out that the girl could have said something like that towards him, just as he rules out having had relations with a third person. As for what the girl would have consumed, he not only excludes having offered it to her, but, if this type of conduct were to be attributed, he would be forced to file a complaint.

The lawyer, who intends to go to the prosecutor's office today for a meeting with the prosecutor Rosaria Stagnaro, owner of the investigation together with the adjunct Letizia Mannella, then specified that the reconstruction contained in the complaint is "smoky" and that "it is undisputed that you took substances before meeting Leonardo».

Attorney Bazzoni also added that he was "not able to say anything" regarding the presence in the La Russa house of a friend of Leonardo's who, according to what was reported, also had a relationship with the young woman.
