After 12 days of agony, in a cradle of the “Santobono” hospital in Naples, the 4-month-old baby hospitalized with a head injury, an injury on the origin of which the Prosecutor is investigating, died.
The carabinieri listened to the young parents, who live in Benevento with an older daughter, and other members of the family. But no one was able to give information on what happened.
The baby, initially taken to the "Fatebenefratelli" in Benevento, was discharged to be transferred to the "San Pio" but there, assessed the seriousness of his condition, he was taken by helicopter to Naples.
There are several aspects that still need to be clarified.
