He surprised some people in the garden of his house, took his rifle and opened fire.
It happened this evening in Santopadre, in the province of Frosinone.
A man was killed with a shotgun fired by the owner of the house, who had already suffered a theft in the past.
The owner of a tobacconist and bookshop opened the fire. The body of the victim, a 39-year-old Romanian citizen, lies in the garden.
The three accomplices of the 39-year-old (there were four on the spot) managed to escape.
The carabinieri intervened on the spot and started the investigations and are carrying out the surveys to reconstruct the tragedy.
According to preliminary information, it would be a theft attempt that ended badly.
