Standard-bearers of Labor: Two young Sardinians honored by Mattarella

They are the 25 best students in Italy and on Friday morning, during a ceremony at the Quirinale , they will be awarded as new Standard-bearers of Labor by the President of the Republic Sergio Mattarella.
Coming from 14 Italian regions and from Frankfurt, the girls and boys are among the students who finished secondary school with top marks.
Among them were two young Sardinians: Valentino Lai and Martina Sechi.
The Alfieri del Lavoro award, established in 1961 by the National Federation of Knights of Labor, is also presented to the newly elected Knights of Labor, already nominated on the occasion of Republic Day.
The 25 selected Alfieri del Lavoro, who will be awarded the Medal of the President of the Republic , are:
