Stabbed to death in front of his mother: drama in the Lecco area

Stabbed to death, in broad daylight, at the station. Under the eyes of the mother.
The murder took place in Calolziocorte, in the province of Lecco. The victim is a 23-year-old native of Burkina Faso, Malcolm Darga Mazou, who lived in the town with his family. Rescue was united: the young man died in the Manzoni hospital in Lecco, where he had been transported in desperate conditions.
The attack took place yesterday afternoon at the hands of two men, possibly African, now wanted by the carabinieri and police. They joined the young man on the platform, he was with his mother who had accompanied him to catch the train. According to an initial reconstruction, they stabbed him in the leg, Malcolm tried to escape but was blocked by other blows that proved to be fatal.
Being examined by the investigators - coordinated by the deputy prosecutor of Lecco Chiara Di Francesco - are the images of the video surveillance cameras of the railway yard, internal and external. The murder should have been filmed, as well as the faces of the two attackers. It also remains to understand the motive of the ambush.
